The wall was littered with dried old splattered sauce. It was gross. The server was slow and I had to remind her of some of the dishes and she didn't know what the specials or the soup of the day was. It's usually really good and I understand it was Valentines Day and that's the busiest day ever. But a I was thoroughly disappointed.

Our server, Johnny, made a very busy and challenging Valentines Dinner very special…the attention to detail made our visit worthwhile.

Outstanding service. Had two additional guests and the hostess got us in and from there on, service was excellence. One guest was first time there, and he walked away raving about quality of food and he loved hearing the history of the restaurant as a state government institution.

I first visited Frank Fat's around 15 years ago. The quality of their food and service has always been excellent. If there is one failing, it is in the email that they send when confirming one's reservation - it is, to say the least, quite dictatorial - "you can't add people to your reservation, you must count all children (even babies) when reserving, you must ...." and so on. There's got to be a more pleasant way of stating all these rules - and I don't disagree with the rules, just with the tone.

We celebrated a birthday at Frank Fats. The food was delicious. We enjoyed the ribs and had the banana cream pie as dessert. The service was very good.

Wonderful Service from the time we arrived until the time we left.. One of our servers actually encouraged us to take a few of the candies at the door while he held the door open for us and encouraged us to come back. 5 Star treatment and 5 Star Food.. We will definitely be back. Even the Garage Attendant was wonderful.. What a great night and a wonderful experience to celebrate the Lunar New Year-Gung Hay Fat Choy..
