I went there with my family recently, we all ordered the non-vegetarian tasting menu. The service and location were nice but the food was one of the worst I’ve ever had. To be clear, I’ve lived in Frankfurt for two years and I am pretty familiar with the food scene there. I’ve also eaten at one-, two-, and three Michelin star restaurants, and I am very open to trying new flavors.. and yet nothing prepared me for the discordant flavor combinations at Frankfurter Botschaft: too sweet, too vinegary, too cold, too salty, no subtlety whatsoever. I understand that sometimes dishes don’t work out, but when all of the dishes are so out of balance, and six individuals all agreed unanimously, then there is a problem. Very disappointing!

Eine tolle Erfahrung,, essen, Ambiente und Service herausragend, einziger kleiner Abzug war dass es im Restaurant etwas kühl war.

Ausgezeichnete Menüs und toller Service, rundum empfehlenswert Einzig die Atmosphäre ist etwas kühl, was auch der Beleuchtung zu zuschreiben ist

Das Essen entsprach den Erwartungen an ein Restaurant in dieser Preisklasse. Kreativität absteigend vom Amuse-Gueule zum Dessert. Nach dem wir keine Weinbegleitung oder eine Flasche Wein ausgewählt hatten, wurden wir konsequent vom Sommelier ignoriert. Trotz Buchmesse war das Restaurant an einem Samstagabend nur halb gefüllt. Vielleicht ein Zeichen?

Das Essen und die Weinbegleitung waren ausgezeichnet. Ich hatte das 4-Gänge-Vegan-Menü, das einfach fantastisch war. Der Service war warm und freundlich, besonders von Vincenzo, der sehr herzlich war
