A walk through the doors into the fabulous Frankie Bones Restaurant & Lounge takes you back to the carefree style of the early 1960s and t's restaurants in the big cities across America. Frankie Bones serves coveted American-Italian cuisine seven days a week and is located next to WiseGuys on Main Street on Hilton Head Island and off Buckwalter Parkway in Bluffton. Lunch at Frankie Bones is about signature sandwiches, homemade soups, fresh seafood, crisp flatbreads, entrée salads, and premium pasta dishes. Always fresh and always fabulous!                                                                                                       This is a restaurant that prides itself on top notch service and Tommy delivered just that! However, while the quality of food is very good, it was bland and nothing to celebrate. There are so many great restaurants here in HHI so I was surprised that this dinner didn't live up to my past experience at Frankie Bones. The seafood past lacked flavor. Was expecting something much more memorable.

                                                                                                      This seems to be a place where folks in the neighborhood congregate, so best advised to make reservations if you want to eat here. Noise levels very high. Good parking. Food was just ok. Some GF dishes but not too many. I appreciated the fact that there was a 4 oz filet on the menu (sometimes 8 oz is the smallest one can get). Hubby had the eggplant parm and it was very hard to cut. Perhaps the cutlets of eggplant were too thick. Seasonal pumpkin martini perhaps the best part of the meal!
