   The view is why you want to have dinner here. It’s spectacular. The food was very good too. Service was impeccable. Santos was the perfect server and so friendly. Baudelio came by the table several times to take the perfect photos during sunset. You don’t want to miss this experience!!

   Amazing view, great service. Food not so much… We went to Friday station for a special occasion - three of us. As always, the view is unparalleled. As usual, the service was top notch - friendly waiter, timely food delivery, water never empty. The food was sub par, very disappointing given the high prices. You’re paying for the view. First the bread, described as sourdough and country rye. I love sourdough and rye bread, but it was not sour nor did it taste like rye. Basically white bread and not even warm. Next the caesar salad. Given we were dining at a Caesar’s resort, you would expect excellence here. The dressing tasted like bottled, no shaved parmesan, no anchovies. My wife ordered the $70 New York, cooked medium. Again, for a steakhouse you would expect cooked just right, served hot, tender and juicy. It was none of these, but rather tough, lukewarm, overcooked and dry. I ordered the lamb chop special. It also arrived just warm. The meat was tender and tasty but the gravy was very bland. The side of potatoes, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives and tomatoes was a strange mix of flavors, barely warm with no sauce and fell flat for me. We shared a $20 baked potato with cheese, which was clearly out of a bag of cheese, and the potato was not hot enough to melt butter much less cheese. So, why didn’t we complain? We went for a celebration and a pleasant dining experience. I can’t fathom asking my wife to watch us eat while she waits, and then us watching her eat after we finish. It just ruins the whole thing. Total with tip was $480, a pretty high price for the view. We won’t be back.

   Our dinner was amazing. Our party had Caesar salad, snoopy salad, baked onion soup, filets, fish, mashed potatoes, and French fries - all of the food came out perfectly prepared. The servers were attentive and knowledgeable. One of the best dining experiences of our Lake Tahoe trip. Definitely recommend!!

   I really enjoyed it here, first time in lake tahoe! My server Matt was excellent as-well Elias the busser. Outstanding service. Requested window view, and was seated near the window.

   I got the new york strip and my husband got the filet! Cooked to perfection! Don't skip the dessert either! The Baked Tahoe was amazing!

   Friday's Station is a "must do" each time we visit Lake Tahoe. The food is always delicious. The staff is impeccable. Tony, the maitre d, Cliff, Allie, Ron, and Tony, the waiter, along with the rest of the staff are so attentive and they strive to make their customers have an exceptional dining experience. We most certainly will continue to go to Friday's Station.

    Prices are very high for decent food. Wines by the glass are offered in a modest selection at prices from $15-$30 a glass. Crabcakes were good but quite bready. Mushrooms were not noted as being in a beef broth so I could not eat them once they arrived. Service professional and adequate but I felt there was some pressure for us to leave so that another party could have the table. Four glasses of wine, a salad, crabcakes, and a small side of mushrooms. were $150 before tip. Host was very accomodating and kind. A+ there for Jody. The view is great, but sadly this is another case of "we can charge high prices for the view so we can offer mediocre food". Also, no locals discount.
