   The food was excellent but the drinks we ordered were not what we received. Both were sent back. Also, we ordered vegetable dumplings but we got pork. They were sent back as well.

   Excellent food for a great price and even better staff. Very attentive and polite. The ambiance and decor is amazing! Definitely going back.

   Worst valentine experience. Sat down ordered drinks and appetizers, waiter never came back again. I will say it wasn’t the waiters fault, management overbooked and had 1 waiter for every 30 tables. But, that does not excuse the fact that I had to sit for nearly an hour without ever been checked on. Pay a little more for a nicer restaurant and save your self the headache. It felt like I was in a Zoo not a restaurant. I’m sure they’re great when it’s a Tuesday at 3pm and everyone is at work. But, for a holiday or event, save yourself the headache.

   Went for Valentine’s Day. While waiting for my 8:30 reservation we were told we can wait by the bar and grab a drink in the meantime. Not only did we wait for 45 minutes, the bartender noticed us patently waiting to ask for a drink. During that time frame she didn’t accommodate us at all. Once finally seated we ordered cocktails at the table along with our meal. Once we finished our meals the drinks then were brought to our table. Food was great, service was terrible. Most likely won’t be returning after this experience.

   I've never written a review, but every time I visit Fushimi Williamsburg, I feel rushed!! within 30 minutes of being seated, it feels as if I can't take advantage of the ambiance or my meal. If I do not return, it will be because of that.

   Great food, nice ambiance, good music. Owner and staff are really nice. Definitely a must go to restaurant.

   We recently dined at Fushimi Williamsburg, and I’m still thinking about the incredible experience. The seaweed salad was a perfect start to the meal—refreshing, flavorful, and beautifully textured. It had just the right balance of savory umami with a slight tang, making each bite a delight. My wife ordered the Chilean Seabass and it was absolutely outstanding. It was perfectly cooked—flaky, tender, and moist, with a delicate buttery flavor that paired beautifully with the subtle seasoning. I had Dry-Aged Ribeye and it was a showstopper. It was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside and beautifully pink on the inside, with a rich, beefy flavor that only comes from dry-aging. The steak was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the seasoning was spot-on. Overall, Fushimi Williamsburg delivered an unforgettable meal with impeccable flavors, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

    Had a great experience! The dragon roll was flavorful and well-balanced, with a nice mix of textures and fresh ingredients. The crispy rice was a standout—perfectly crunchy on the outside while still soft inside, topped with deliciously seasoned spicy tuna. Service was excellent; the staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel well taken care of. The only downside was that a birthday celebration made the restaurant quite loud at times, but that’s just part of the lively atmosphere. Overall, a solid spot—I’d definitely go back!
