   Last evening on the island and we always love to finish our holiday with an evening at Fushion Rooftop. Another great experience. Kevin and Darren made our night extra special. A big thank you to them! Sushi (rock n roll is our fav) was delicious. Calamari had the perfect amount of spice and the Thai soup was very yummy! Thanks again for a lovely evening.

   Ambience is trendy and nice, wait staff excellent, food mediocre and wines far overpriced. Lots of managers walking around but none asked how our meal was. My pork was far over spiced and my wife’s mahi tasteless, we had tried fusion previously last year and gave it another chance tonight but won’t be back,

   Fusion is an apt name. My partner and l opted for a combination of asian and italian food. All were excellent and were equally good when we swapped forks The service was friendly and attentivr We made a repeat booking This place beats those with the more spectacular locations for food servicr and ambience

   We always enjoy our experience at Fushion and generally visit a couple times while on the island. We were a party of six our first night and everyone enjoyed their meals. We had a variety of food- sushi as well (which was delicious). Always recommend a visit. Service and ambience can’t be beat!

   I had the most amazing food .piri piri prawns to being followed by yellow fin tuna . Absolutely delicious , I ate it all which is unusual . My husband had tuna ceviche and a beef Thai curry . We shred the coconut panacotta which was delicious too The service was very good too .The restaurant is beautifully designed with a very modern ambience.when they opened the roof it was lovely and cool and it was novel to look up and see the star when dining . The only slight down side is that when we are in Barbados we like to dine hearing the sea. However would definitely go again s it was so delicious.
