Built on the penthouse level of the vibrant Limegrove Lifestyle complex, Fusion Rooftop offers sweeping floor to ceiling views of the west coast of Barbados that creates a visual backdrop few artists can match. With a spacious, visually stunning design, the 72 seat ‘alfresco’ restaurant combines seamlessly with an extensive contemporary lounge and dramatic full service bar.

Fusion Rooftop blends true feng shui with the four natural elements. The natural harmony comes to life as you enter to a green and vibrant ‘live wall’, with a central Zen water-table creating a calm and central oasis. Fire pits combine with the constantly cooling trade-winds, which flow through the restaurant, to sustain the perfect ambience for entertaining.

Fusion Rooftop offers a high class, yet informal, dining style. With a philosophy of authentically sophisticated cuisine, the menu is comprehensive and alluring, whilst being approachable for every palate.

                                                                        an excellent evening out, great service, delicious food and a brilliant ambience with a dj playing perfectly judged background music. The Thai Red Shrimp Curry was epic - but be warned, if you ask for spicy, you get it !!!! Wines reasonably priced, our bill for 6 for the meal , pre drinks and a lot of wine came to approx £100 a head. we will be back !

                                                                        Sadly a previous strong favourite. Great ambience, service excellent. Food just didn’t work. Starters were actually OK, main course is shocking. Just too nouveau. Not sure why they messed with the food so much. Really disappointing. We won’t be returning.

                                                                        One of our favorite places In Holetown, we love the eclectic menu (everything we’ve had there over the years has been excellent), the creative cocktails, the romantic atmosphere and the first-rate service. Highly recommended.

                                                                        Last evening on the island and we always love to finish our holiday with an evening at Fushion Rooftop. Another great experience. Kevin and Darren made our night extra special. A big thank you to them! Sushi (rock n roll is our fav) was delicious. Calamari had the perfect amount of spice and the Thai soup was very yummy! Thanks again for a lovely evening.

                                                                        Ambience is trendy and nice, wait staff excellent, food mediocre and wines far overpriced. Lots of managers walking around but none asked how our meal was. My pork was far over spiced and my wife’s mahi tasteless, we had tried fusion previously last year and gave it another chance tonight but won’t be back,
