   Déjeuner avant d’aller voir le roi lion. Le service a été à la hauteur pour que nous arrivions à l’heure au spectacle. Tout était parfait dans les assiettes. Restaurant à la hauteur de sa réputation.

   The service was impeccable. Great advice in choosing a wine, which cut of steak to order based on desired marbeling content as well as to what temp to cook it. Since we were dinning late, we didn’t want to overeat and they graciously allowed us to share a meal. Steak was amazingly tender and the most flavorful I have eaten. Highly highly recommended!

   What a group of professional, friendly service oriented people. Refreshing. From Host to bartender to waiter and staff. Could not have been nicer. We were left alone to enjoy a leisurely delicious meal. The club like atmosphere was delightful. Someone is paying attention to facilities details. The place remains in pristine condition. It looks brand new almost 15 years later. Loved it. Will be back!

   From the greeting to the bill, the service was outstanding. I had the filet, which was cooked perfectly. My husband had the prime rib, again, cooked to perfection. We shared the sweet mash and Brussels sprouts. Our daughter had the half chicken, which was a huge portion. She said that it was delicious. We would definitely return.

   A ‘must’ every time I visit Manhattan and look for authenticity, and that’s every time I visit Manhattan. Perfectly poised in the space between fine dining and rustic charm. I would prefer the (excellent) crab cakes to served with the sauce off the plate as an option. They’re so good, all they need is a little lemon juice to take that jumbo crab to another level. I’m kind of running out of good things to say about Gallaghers. Can’t wait to go back.
