   Everything we ordered was great. We ordered spinach dip, the mushroom and duck confit flatbread, and the shrimp and lobster ravioli, all delicious. I finished the duck confit flat bread at home and it was a delightful snack. Upgraded the lychee martini from Tito’s to grey goose and would definitely order again. Cool place inside too, I’m not much of a wine drinker so I appreciate them having cocktails. The prices are very reasonable.

   Garre Cafe is located in Livermore wine country. It is a winery with a beautiful restaurant with wonderful food and great wine. It has a lovely lunch menu during the week and open for dinner on weekend. We recently went to lunch to celebrate a birthday. Our waitress Rose was great. Highly recommend.

   We enjoyed our Valentine’s Day lunch at Garre… our food was outstanding! I had the salmon…. We also enjoyed Pinot Grigio plus the apricot bread pudding to top it off! We will return… Garre has a varied menu, excellent wine selections and a pleasant, quiet atmosphere…

   Nice and comfortable ambiance. Everything else was just average. Seafood pasta and short ribs tasted bland.
