Service was very slow, waited 20 mins for the glass of wine I ordered. I know it was Valentines but the restaurant was not full and its wine not food, which I understand can take longer to cook. The steaks are now very overpriced, £38 for a 200 gram steak is unreal, that’s the cheapest. Insane mark ups on food trading on the name is unacceptable. Also any tip should always be optional, not simply added to the bill. Do better.

Told to wait for table to then have other customers be seated before us, 35 mins later made them aware we were waiting and they had forgotten about us. Table service was really good but the chips were cold and the steak wasn’t marinated in any way as described.

Waiter was lovely, but really slow service from the drink at the bar to getting to the table. It's been the same my last 3 visits . More fool me, I won't be rushing back

We were guests of Gaucho to taste there new lunch time menu It was excellent. I would have happily paid the price Steak was prepared exactly how I like

We had a Sunday dinner the beef was tough & hard to cut you didn’t get enough roast potatoes but they were lovely we ordered a side of cauliflower cheese & it was poor there was hardly any cheese & it was a tiny portion & £6 for that was disappointing. The price of the wines where absolutely extortionate & weren’t worth the money atall for what they charge overall over priced & disappointing we don’t mind paying good money for decent food but this just wasn’t it.
