The restaurant had only just reopened after a refit and perhaps had a few teething issues. We arrived slightly early and were told that the bar was full & that we should go for a walk outside for 10 minutes. We asked to use the bathroom first & went upstairs to find that there was room in the bar so we took the initiative & sat down. Nobody really acknowledged us so I ended up going to the bar myself & ordering a couple of drinks. We were then taken to our table & given menus, although not the Valentine's menu that we had booked, I had to ask for these. Things improved from this point & we had a great meal - super value as well as a great view of Tower Bridge.

Before the renovation, this was our favorite steak house. Yesterday we visited the renovated restaurant and were slightly disappointed. The steak was not cooked to the degree as asked for. They quickly took it and brought a compliment from the kitchen. The french fries were soft and not tasty. When we made the reservation, I mentioned that will be my husband birthday. The administrator even asked again whose birthday it was, but they still did not bring a decorated dessert and candle. Of course, these are all small things, but they make up the whole picture of the restaurant. We write it off as the fact that they just opened and the team has not yet worked together. We have another reservation in March, if the minus remains, we will have to look for another place.

We had a valentine dinner with Gaucho and had a great experience, hospital service, amazing view, decent steak paired with good wine, and mouthwash desert. Gaucho accomplished our lovely evening.

Been to this location a few times so beautiful great views too. Staff are attentive staff made sure we were ok at all times. Great with allergies and handy chart you can filter and view on the phone. Special touches when they knew it was our birthday even a card waiting on the table which was so thoughtful. Food came quick even the last minute additions.

Lovely welcome from front of house. Thank you. Order taken quickly and waitress was very attentive. Starters exceptional but we had to wait a long time for the mains and the presentation of my steak salad was very average. Excellent wine and coffee No clear signs for the toilets upstairs.

Wonderful evening at the newly reopened Gaucho Tower Bridge. The food was top quality, cooked to perfection, and very tasty. What really stood out, though, was the exceptionally friendly and competent service. Accompanied by the gorgeous view of Tower Bridge, it was a lovely meal, and a fine night out.
