Server was a little slow, automatic 22% gratuity added, which is fine but shouldn’t be a reason to skip out on service. Food was delicious and drink was just right.

The food was excellent! Especially the fried green tomatoes! Our server Daniel was personable and professional and attentive. Cocktails were just right. The live music, Benji Porecki and Firm Toots were so great! Lively music, just the right volume. Will definitely come back when I'm in town again and recommend to friends visiting!

I was on business travel longing for a wholesome like home cooked meal. Georgia Brown's didn't disappoint. The calamari appetizer was fabulous with a grest dipping sauce and a nice, not too bold, spicy kick. The jerk chicken cobb salad was just wonderful. And the Malbec worked perfectly with everything. Highly recommended for food. The only thing that impacts a five star rating would be value. Food prices I expect higher in this area of DC. But I prefer to set my tip, not have 22% added to the tab, then rounding up because I pay cash but you don't have coins in your bank. Many places discount for cash now.

I went to celebrate my friend's birthday. We shared the chicken livers as a appetizer and they were good. I ordered the fried red snapper but had to select another entree because the seasoning on the fish was overwhelming. I selected the lamb chops and they were much better so I could eat them. Our server ( Tishonda) was attentive and very good at making the dining experience memorable

22% gratuity, so I guess that’s why the service is sub-par. They have no incentive to provide even average service. And, the brunch desert is trash. The entree food was good though, but the brunch was $75 pp. But, I guess food is expensive everywhere. Although I really enjoyed the food, I won’t be going back because of the service at the bar and our server.

Brunch was extremely overpriced for underwhelming taste and food preparation, and very very small portion sizes. Also, the music was so loud I couldn’t hear myself talk.
