   Beyond our expectations both in food and service-- From Naomi who called to confirm, to Reginaldo our server, the customer service was exceptional and genuine-- the Elk was amazing and cooked to perfection at medium rare, the Tuna tartare appetizer was delicious, the Vegetarian tasting menu had good sized portions with lots of flavor. We loved how conformable it felt to dine at Geronimo as our server made recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the food, wine and cocktails-- kudos to your chefs for great creative food and for making the dining experience feel so welcoming. We'll be back to celebrate more special occasions!

   One of the best meals I’ve had in many years. I went with my spouse and two friends for a birthday. We had cocktails, foie gras appetizer, tuna appetizer, pork shank, sea bass, elk tenderloin. Everything was very beautifully presented, carefully crafted, flavors perfectly balanced, and everything perfectly cooked. Service was attentive but not intrusive (perfect!). There was great detail to each dish. For example the tuna appetizer was presented with three different sauces, artistically presented on the plate, I especially remember the wasabi aioli. There were also two kinds of fish roe, marinated, and three different preparations of the tuna. Yes, we all shared each other’s dishes. They were able to accommodate a dairy allergy. Gluten free options were limited, however it was possible. Vegetarian options were available, not vegan. One of my biggest pet peeves about restaurants is when they have an elegant entree, and the extravagantly described dessert is a gussied up sheet cake. That was not the case here. We had gluten free German chocolate cake, banana cream pie, and an apple dessert. Every one was a delicious work of art. For example the apple dessert came, in part, with what looked like a perfect golden apple on the plate. But under the sweet shell (white chocolate?) was a creamy mousse, and apple filling. My spouse said the banana cream pie was the best ever. They were able to substitute the vanilla ice cream side to the chocolate cake with a sorbet without any problem. It wasn’t an inexpensive meal, but one we will remember with fondness for years to come.

   Refined, exceptional, and unique describe our evening at Geronimo. The beet salad was a unique presentation of a modern menu standard, the lobster risotto was rich and tender, the elk tenderloin did not disappoint, nor did the lamb chops. Order the G Manhattan if you enjoy brown liquors. Wish we lived close enough to go often.

   Outstanding! The atmosphere is exquisite and permeates as fine dining. Wine Selection by the glass was just what we were looking for! Caymus Cabernet. Out of all of the dinners in Santa Fe, this was the best. We had the beet salad, Lobster Entree and “the Apple” for dessert. The Apple is an artistic treat. Not a real apple but looks like one till you slice it open to a fluffy interior with spiced apple bits and a touch of caramel.

   Geronimo is consistently on point delivering excellent innovative cuisine with refined service in a relaxing sophisticated dining room. This is why we keep coming back. Everything was 100% on point last night for our New Year’s Eve celebration. Thank you to our server Elise and the team at Geronimo that make very happy memories of a dinner out with special friends.

   While admittedly a somewhat pricey tonight it was a truly sensational meal. My wife and I eat here once a month and had our son and 2 teenage grandsons with us. All 5 of us raved about every aspect of the service and food !

    While the service was superb especially Joseph and the first course was excellent the entrees failed to achieve the high level expected from this normally extraordinary restaurant.
