This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.

Simply lovely experience from beginning to end. I ordered the four course Anniversary menu plus the wine pairing and every bite was outstanding. The crab arrancini was delicious, but the crab wasn't pronounced. The lemon spaghetti was divine. This has been one of Giada's signature dishes and it shows. Bronzino was also exceptional with the roasted fennel and tomato's playing nicely with a perfectly cooked fish. Tiramisu was equally great! The service was impeccable from beginning to end. With great attention to detail, appropriate suggestions, and a good sense of humor. Watch out for the pepper grinder! It is a weapon. Value and atmosphere also quite good for what you expect in Vegas. The location is amazing -- it can be a little loud with the honking of street traffic (exacerbated by Formula One tear down).

Fantastic dinner. The bread plate appetizer thing was amazing and the pasta dishes were very good. Visiting from San Diego. Will definitely return. Only opportunity for improvement I could suggest would be some sound absorption panels on the ceiling. It’s very loud when the dinning room is full.

Overall, very good experience. Was disappointed with the risotto. It was not creamy, under seasoned and seemed under cooked. Scallop entree was cooked perfectly and all the other pasta dishes we tried were very good.

The pre fixe menu was not as good as my visit last year and price has increased. The sea bass was soggy and had no flavor. The lemon spaghetti, a favorite , was served cold. Had a memorable first time visit in 2023 but this time was disappointing and I brought a first time guest.

Brunch menu. Ordered the shrimp cocktail. Shrimp needed salt and the cocktail sauce was too hot vs sweet/hot. Benedict. Eggs were over cooked and not runny. Disappointing experience. My server was nice.
