Our go to place for all our celebrations and get togethers with friends. Management is always so gracious. The servers are attentive and accommodating. Can't wait for the next lunch!

                                                                                                                We needed to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people and Lawson was very helpful in getting it done. At dinner, Edgar went above and beyond and everything was outstanding. First time in and we will definitely be back whenever we are in Chicago.

                                                                                                                Nothing has to go absolutely perfect to get 5 stars. It's what they do if things aren't quite perfect. Everything is great at Gibson's as they have high standards in food as well as service. When we ordered, we were advised that we can get regular or light char on our steaks. My wife, not liking char, asked for light char. When her filet came out, it was lighter char, but still too charred for her tastes. She doesn't like to complain, but the waiter noted her hesitancy as she tasted it. While she said it was fine, he insisted on making it to her liking. The new one came out perfect and she couldn't have been happier! He mentioned that next time she should be sure to ask for 'no char', and that he probably should've mentioned it as an option. Thanks to Brian (server) and Vince (manager) for your care and attention to detail to make our 22nd anniversary dinner special!

                                                                                                                Absolutely one of the best dinners we have had out! As soon as we walked in the building we were greeted by everyone we came in contact with! After we were seated my water glass was never empty, we had all the bread and butter we could eat! Leslie was our waitress and she was very knowledgeable about all the food and drinks! You will not be disappointed!!!!!
