We made a reservation through Open Table for 5pm and when we arrived a Ramada Inn front desk clerk told us GiGis was closed and didn’t know why. No one from the restaurant was there to tell us what happened.

Our family enjoyed our wonderful Christmas brunch. It’s always a pleasure to have a special meal at GiGi’s.

Nest time when u put out a buffet for Christmas just leave the theme just that. Doing brunch was not a good idea.

Very disappointed!! 5th or 6th time eating Gigi’s holiday buffets and by far the worst. Service was very poor-clearly at least 1 hostess and 2 servers short. Very poor quality food-salad and soup bar dirty and half empty, vegetables poorly prepared. Dessert selection non-existent and pie was severely undercooked. We will not be back!

The food was great. However the service is mediocre. The server was a little overwhelmed by so many people and he can not keep up with it. May be hire extra help during the holiday meals to get better service.

Food was outstanding and the service was great! The team at Gigi’s did an excellent job. Our family enjoyed the meal and the hospitality! Our server was excellent!

When I booked online, there was no menu given. So when I took my mother for Thanksgiving, we were surprised by the food being served. I guess breakfast was for the people staying in the hotel? I did try the cheese grits which were bland. Being a vegetarian, I'd chosen Gigi's in the past because there was such a great selection of veggies for me to eat, but not this time. The salad bar was alright, nothing special. I'm not a fan of sweet potatoes or green bean casserole so that was out. and there were no mashed potatoes. For Thanksgiving. No mashed potatoes. Are you kidding me? Several neighboring tables were talking about that too. There was a choice of only giblet gravy. The stuffing was so salty, it was awful. The mac n cheese was okay but tasted like Velveeta cheese. Again, nothing special. The only saving grace was the desserts. I tried all three because well, I hadn't eaten much at that point. They were all tasty. My mother who does eat meat had more choices but wasn't bowled over by the food either. Then the bill came. Ugh! I paid $110 with tip. and didn't get much food to eat at all. I was laughing about going to Golden Corral, but we would have at least gotten our money's worth there. This was my mom's first Thanksgiving after losing her husband who used to do all the cooking so that made things even more disappointing.

The food was not good at all. The only veggie served was greenbean casserole. Over priced doe what was available. Will not go back

Just ok. The waitress was phenomenal. Very attentive and explained things since it was our first time. Crab legs were cooked well. Only a few legs I had were overcooked. The majority were perfectly cooked. However, the melted butter tasted like popcorn butter. Overall not bad experience. Would I go again? Eh, not sure
