Style, tradition and hospitality. These are the ingredients of the exclusive Glashaus restaurant. The facade is entirely made of glass and therefore offers a unique view of the Rhine, the Hohenzollern Bridge and the Cologne Cathedral.

We believe in simple promises for our guests. Carefully crafted and skillfully prepared quality products, wines from renowned local and international wineries and an always attentive service ensure a truly exceptional culinary experience.

Head chef Maarten Feldmeijer specializes in unconventional menus. Each dish consists of unique combinations, which are made daily from fresh ingredients that are always as sustainable as possible. Here, you will enjoy fine and genuine dishes with a local character and a Far Eastern touch.

    Ein wunderbares Restaurant mit herrlichem Blick auf den Dom- leider nur am Tag. Durch die sehr reflektierenden Fensterscheiben sieht man leider das Altstadtpanorama nur sehr schlecht. Und der eigentlich sehr aufmerksame Service ließ manchmal auf sich warten. Trotzdem einen sehr schönen Abend mit leckerem Essen genossen.

    Das essen war okay. Nicht ganz das was man erwartet. Ich hatte angerufen und nach dem parken gefragt, Parkhaus hatte man erklärt. Leider keine Einfahrt möglich. Dort einen Parkplatz zu finden ist nervig, hat viel Zeit gekostet. Von einem Hyatt erwartet man mehr Unterstützung.

    Zum Business Lunch war ich im Glashaus zu Gast. Servicemitarbeiter ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Geschmeckt hat es auch sehr gut. Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Hyatt Regency Köln und bei Ihnen.

    They were super attentive and took care of my gluten intolerance very serious. The food was very tasty and beautifully plated and the atmosphere was special.

    Vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung ein excellenter Service. Das gewählte Menu entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Rückfragen (wegen eventuell enthaltenem Alkohol) wurden schnell und kompetent beantwortet. Der Service beim Essen war gut abgestimmt, so dass man genügend Zeit hatte, die einzelnen Gänge zu genießen und zwischen den Gängen ein wenig Konversation zu bertreiben. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.
