   Staying at the hotel and wanted to stay inside due to the cold. Wonderful food with many great options made with locally sourced products. Our Server, Ana, was great!

   We had a 4pm reservation for 12 people, probably the last reservation of the day. We chose Glen Prairie because Glen Oak Country Club is under construction. As someone who has worked in hospitality area for years, it was apparent to me that the day & holiday was not sufficiently staffed. Our table should have been set & ready for our party. Since we were hosting , we got there early. They were just starting to assemble the tables. The dining room

   Food was great, our server was great. The place was dated, but clean. My Girlfriend was very happy, to me that's all that mattered.

   The food and drinks are wonderful here. The food can best be described as unique, fresh, and very tasty. Huge gluten-free selections, as well as mostly farm to table. Wonderful staff. Very easy parking.

   A friend recently recommended Glen Prairie and it became a new favorite of ours after a single visit. Our server, Edna, was a delight: welcoming, helpful, and well informed. The flatbread appetizer and burger and pork chop entrees were the best versions of each dish we’ve ever had in any restaurant—perfectly fresh ingredients perfectly prepared. We especially appreciated the Glen Prairie kitchen staff’s focus on accommodating food allergies and Edna’s mention of this in her welcome. A fabulous meal!
