   Ordered medium for my steak and came out well done, the server Jasper was nice enough to offer us a new steak, second time the steak was perfect however the mushroom they remade forget to add seasoning…we didn’t bother to ask them to remake it because don’t want to seem like a problem customer. Overall the service was amazing but kitchen should put more effort on the food. As a first time customer dining in Gotham I came in with high expectations especially the price and known for the best steak in Vancouver, however kinda disappointed for my first time visit.

   We arrived early before out timed reservation and was happily seated in the lounge. The food was excellent and everything was cooked to perfection. We were explained the menu which we appreciated as that was our first time there.

   By far the best steak house my wife and I have been to. Atmosphere was quiet and private, our waitress Megan delivered incredible service, helped choose a great bottle of wine, and made sure we had everything we needed. Dinner wasn’t cheap, but by far the best steak I’ve ever had! Well worth the price! We’ve already recommended it to multiple friends. Thank you for helping us celebrate the wife’s 30th!

   On an extremely cold and windy fall evening after an earlier drenching of rain, our party of four felt immediately warmed by the comfort of this restaurant upon entry. We were fortunate to be seated in a booth which was the beginning of our very excellent experience of comfort. We were provided superb suggestions and advice on the menu by our server Jon, which made all the difference to our dining experience. The food was outstanding and the service was professional and appreciated. This was comfort food beyond measure and a warm, inviting ambience was just what we needed for this kind of day.

    The service was very organized and well done. The servers were attentive to detail and treat their guests as if they were the only ones there. There were no long waits or any complaints. The food was enjoyable and perfect for those who love to try new things and admire presentation. The ambience was supported by Dave Martone, an excellent musician who made the energy feel lively.
