   It was my wife's B-day and we wanted to take her to a nice place. We made a reservation 3 weeks in advance and Open table confirmed we were coming multiple different days before our arrival. Our reservation was for 7:30 pm for eight of our family members, including our 2 year old grandson. We arrived slightly early. The place was packed when we arrived. The waitress was aggravated because too many were waiting for tables. She was very rude to my wife demanding all of us to clear the area, forcing many to stand outside where it was dark and cold. She told me our table was just about ready at 7:30. Then she kept blowing us off giving multiple lies and excuses about the readiness of the table for the next 40 minutes. She was nasty and short with everyone. My son personally identified the table as we waited and it looked ready but she still didn't sit us down. We just about decided to leave and she finally seated us Our waitress introduced herself and was very nice. She had no idea what had happened to us. However, despite how nice she was, my daughter in law ordered the salad she wanted. She was told they didn't have that salad and was forced to select something else. My son the ordered the Veal. After 10 minutes he was told they were out of the Veal forcing him to order something else's as well. He decided he would get a filet instead since he also had seen that on the menu. He was then told they didn't have that either. He was later informed by the primary waitress they really did have the filet after all. I complained to the Manager in great detail. He acted concerned but never came to our table or showed evidence of action. We never saw or heard from him again. For the next hour we waited for our food. It took forever to be served and most others had left. We turned down dessert because it was way too late. I complained again, but they only offered someone to call us back next week. Gave us no discount on anything. OVERALL BAD EXPERiENCE !!!

   This is the second time here! The first time we had Samantha, no words can express how fabulous and amazing she is at what she does! Thank you!    Always a great experience here. The food is amazing, portion sizes are big and the food always comes out steaming hot. Staff is very friendly and loves to help you out with picking a new wine or meal to try.

   We got seated 45 minutes late despite having a reservation. Kitchen ran out of some of the dishes we ordered, which we probably would’ve been able to have had they seated us on time.  They had a good band playing in the dining room, but it was so loud. It was extremely difficult to have a conversation. Waitresses were great.

   Some seating should be only considered if there’s absolutely no place else to set to have an open restaurant and deceit individuals in the worst possible spot in the walkway very much, not conducive to a great special start of an evening

   The server didn't write anything down and ended up putting in the wrong food order. She ignored our table completely

   Always a delicious mealy, service is impeccable. One of our favorite restaurants. I highly recommend going to Gourmet Italia ❤️
