   We had a group of 10 for dinner at Grace's last night. Soon after being seated, Johnny Carrabba came to our table to say hello and welcome us. Mr. Carrabba graciously offered to provide appetizers for our group on the house! We were served at least five different dishes which were delicious. Our server provided outstanding service throughout the evening. Everyone enjoyed their meal choices. Grace's restaurant provides excellent service, reasonable prices and serves delicious meals. Grace's is our go-to restaurant for our monthly outings.

   Grace's was decent. The food was good, but I'm not sure if it warranted a $200 bill (tip included) for a party of 3. We did have a reservation booked but had to wait about 10 minutes until our table was ready, and the lobby and outdoor waiting areas were jam packed. The restaurant it self had a nice homey feeling, but the extremely loud hip hop, country, 90's hit music playing definitely caused some silent moments at our table because we could not hear each other. If I'm paying $200 for dinner I'd at least like to have conversations without having to yell at the person next to me. Apparently the music isn't as loud during the week at lunch time. The server we had always seemed to be in a rush and half paying attention to us and did cause me some anxiety with quickly moving plates, drinks, and not so gently putting used utensils onto plates to take away. I most likely will not be back.

   It’s was absolutely fabulous. We moved to Downtown Houston from San Fran/Napa area around the time Grace’s first opened my husband and I would eat at Grace’s at least 3 times a week. It was always our go to place when friends or relatives came into town. Then it got very popular too fast… long waits. This was our first visit since early 2020. We love the improvements! Will be back.

   Was greeting right when I walked in. Cozy fire in the fireplace and the waiter was so pleasant. Smiling the whole time. Roasted chicken was great and the cornbread. Yumm

   amazing as always! the Beef Tips were one of the specials and I always have to go for dinner when those are on the menu! Best thing ever! They are there for another week so go now!

   I’ve had a better experience before. Though very busy, our reservation for 6pm seated us at 6:30pm. Staff was very nice. The kitchen ran out of my favorite dish, stuffed chicken. Very disappointed because I brought my friend in to specifically try the dish. Ended up with the pot roast. Though tasty, the presentation was pretty lackluster. A slab of meat covered with gravy on the plate. May have looked better if served sliced. We had a great time and the waitress was extremely professional and friendly.

    I’ve been to Grace’s several times now and every time has been great! No matter what I order it always tastes amazing and the waiters are so polite and friendly.
