   Everything was great! Luigi as always a master as host! But I have one tiny complaint. I ordered the pizza Bianca with guanciale, caramelized onions and cheese. The pizza dough was baked to perfection, and the cheese and caramelized onions tasted fabulous. Next time I order that I’ll ask Luigi to tell the chef to replace the guanciale with either prosciutto or even mortadella. Why??? The guanciale was inedible, tough and completely unchewable. Maybe the owner should see for himself about it. But I’ll always be a happy diner at this place. Next to us was a family of four who spoke Italian. On the way out I saw the owner chatting with two customers in Italian. That is a testament to the quality of food served @ gran gusto.

   Pasta and pizza is authentic and delicious. And there is parking.

   One of the best pizzas and tiramisus in Boston! Try calamari as well!

   We consistently have a great meal at GG The calamari the peppersteak special the pasta and the pistachio/chocolate desert were excellent

   I booked a table for 3 today. We waited for more than 15 minutes by the entrance, while the maitre, clearly overwhelmed, looked at us multiple times, and didn't say a word. 4/5 people from the staff looked at us and hide, and none of them were able to welcome us, and tell us to please wait or wait by the bar, they just ignored us. There was some clear chaos going on, with multiple tables complaining that no one was taking their orders, after more than 15 minutes waiting to be seated or welcomed with our 3 year old, and seeing the chaotic and the rude atmosphere, we left very disappointed, we had been waitign to come here for months

    Love this place!!! Save your money on the flight to Rome and come here for this authentic Italian experience right in Cambridge!!! You can tell the food is fresh, it’s so delicious! The staff is amazing, I assume it’s the owner that comes around to check on the guests and even takes orders - brought us right back to Italy. Great spot for a date night, girls night or family dinner. The carbonara is SO GOOD!!! We even finished the meal with Limoncello, which was fabulous. MUST VISIT!
