   There were 5 in our party. We all enjoyed our food, drinks, and the service. Not one crumb left on our dinner plates or our desert plates. Waitress had a wonderful and personable personality.

   My dining companion and I both ordered the catfish dinner. The fish had no flavor whatsoever. I was famished so did eat my meal however my companion sent requested a different entree. The crab dip appetizer was great loved the pita chips alone. The Harvest mock-tail was very good as well as the chocolate torte. Overall the dinning experience was a welcome change from the typical RVA restaurant experience! Our service (Aaron) was wonderful. The hostess was kind enough to take our picture in the foyer in front of the bookcase! We had a wonderful experience! I do plan to return!

   GREAT vibe! It was a slower night (Wednesday), and we really enjoyed it. The food is outstanding, cocktails were perfect.

   So sorry I forgot to take pics. A true speakeasy feel from the beginning. Food and service were good. Will bring my friends back for drinks another time.

   A fun place to eat...a speakeasy. Non descript from the front, you wouldn't know it to be a restaurant from the outside. But once you get through the foyer, a long room opens where you might expect to see Pretty Boy Floyd or Bonnie and Clyde drinking bootleg whiskey. Food was great, Drinks and service were better. Plenty of long tables for large groups, a patio area (but too cold). Try it, you will love it!

   Our server was inattentive throughout or visit. Also, we had to wait in the vestibule for about 15 minutes, we were on time for our reservation before the hostess came out to seat us. This left us wondering if we were in the right place or maybe there was another point of entry. It might help if there was a way to alert the hostess that guests are waiting. Regardless, when you have a reservation the hostess should know to expect guests. Otherwise the food was excellent, the drinks menu has a very impressive variety. Wine was not over-priced. Overall the menu prices were very reasonable.

   We made a reservation for my gf’s bday and when we get there they tell us the kitchen closes it 15 minutes…it also took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge us and put down menus. We also had to ask for silverware. This is by far the worst place ive made reservations for and i only did so because my friend works here. I know she would’ve given us exceptional service but everyone else was so lackluster and subpar. It was a terrible experience with terrible service. The food was amazing but the drinks were awful. I cant believe i spent $200 on this place. It was definitely not worth it. I will only ever come back for the food but never to celebrate anything or drink here.

    Fun entryway and crafty cocktails. Not everyone in my party was satisfied with their drink choices nor their meals. I had the vegetarian pot pie and it was hearty and delicious. The popcorn was really good. The Foamy Negroni was perfect! I highly recommend asking your server about the crafty cocktails so you can order something that tastes good to you. Or at least Google the ingredients you aren't familiar with, as some in my party were disappointed with their choices.
