Avec son design chaleureux, accueillant et moderne, l'intérieur du Granite City Food & Brewery dispose d'une salle à manger spacieuse et confortable, à quatre côtés, puis d'un bar moderne à service complet, ainsi que trois salles à manger privées et un vaste patio extérieur. La microbrasserie, dont de nombreuses bières ont été primées par les critiques, est visible depuis les principales zones du restaurant et du bar. Le restaurant présente également une cuisine ouverte où le chef concocte de A à Z de délicieux plats, tels que des entrées innovantes de sa signature, des pains plats (sans levain) et plus encore. Thanksgiving Dinner was excellent. All the necessary elements were there. This was our 4th year there and the only thing I ask for is a continued effort to make the bread stuffing less moist and more flavorful. It's my Thanksgiving side dish.

The Thanksgiving buffet had all of the standards for the holiday, but it suffered from slow turnover of the food. The turkey was white meat only, no dark :-(, and was a bit dry. The green bean casserole was undercooked (to my preference anyway), the salmon and pot roast were dry. There was no shortage of food, however. Service was OK, but nonexistent at times. This has been our go to for Thanksgiving for several years, but the switch to buffet from family style service has been a bit disappointing.

Very disappointed with our waiter!!.. not personable— didn’t listen to our order no added comments. Where to find specials or friendly comments. NOW SHOCKED MOST OF ALL ON THE Aluminum Coming OFF AS WE CUT THE COOKIE PAN!!!!!! Why wasn’t the pan sprayed with non stick remover??? On my husband & I first visit, we were very impressed with waitress & food. Need major improvements!!!

Food wasn’t as delicious as I remembered. Beef was ruff when I went back for a different cut, the meat was greasy . Fruit was not sweet and the cinnamon buns were hard. I shared that it was my husband 70th birthday, nothing was special. I will not be coming back, enough is enough
