We usually go here annually for Thanksgiving dinner. I had requested a booth. We were going to be seated at a small two top table instead so we opted for a booth in the bar. When I asked about an open booth in the dining room I was told that it was reserved. We waited for a while for service. Finally the Manager came and said that they were catching up and offered to get us drinks to start. Still no one came to the table. We then saw a server we knew and she came over and helped us. I told her about the booth and she said there was an open one in her area and she would see if we could go there. They would not move us. They brought us our drinks. Finally our server came over and took our order. She was serving the entire bar and tables in the dining room as well. Wow! The meal came and it was delicious! The Rib Eye steak and the Turkey dinners were excellent. The desserts we had were ok. We only saw our server a couple of times because she was swamped. She tried her best. When we left 2 hours later the booth I had asked about that was reserved was still empty. I didn’t understand this or why you would have one server trying to handle a full bar as well as other tables in the dining room. She did her best given what she was assigned. As a result her service to her customers suffered.

The turkey dinner was delicious. The turkey was moist and tender. The mashed potatoes were so flavorful. The portions were enough to take home leftovers.

Fabulous Thanksgiving dinner! Tasty, hot and large portions. So flavorful! Our server, Sherman, was very kind and supportive. Such a caring attitude! Will definitely return!

Had a lovely Thanksgiving Day meal. Food was very good and plentiful. Our server was very efficient and friendly. We looked out on a beautiful park filled with colorful fall foliage on a crisp November afternoon. Picture perfect. And found free Holiday street parking.

A very pleasant surprise for Vancouver, WA. Excellent food and attentive service. Comparable to a good Four Seasons dining room. Keep up the good work.

My wife and I have been going to Grays since it opened and it has changed for the worst. Prices are higher, food quality is not as good, and quantity is a lot less that before. We have been going there for Dine in the Couve for many years and remember it being the best value of all the restaurants, but after this year we might not go back. Just was not the same and we didn't feel we got a good value.

We had a "Dine the Couve" for $33 and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Plating was very nice and the quality of our steak and mushroom raviolis were very tasty. The friendly and efficient service only enhanced the dining experience! We will definitely continue to dine here.

We chose Gray’s for a date night in October because of their Dine the Couve menu. Wonderful meal! Great salad choices, entree was perfect portion, and dessert was divine. Seasonal cocktail to begin our meal was lovely! Highly recommend and looking forward to returning for a special occasion dinner from full menu or happy hour. Service was amazing!!!
