Waited almost 30 minutes for our initial cup of coffee. Food was slow arriving and needed to be warmer. (Chicken and noodles). Green beans were delicious but very small portion. Mashed potatoes were only lukewarm and had a funny taste. Not up to their normal quality. Server very pleasant.

Grindstone Charley's on Rockville Road is always the best. They restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly and hospitable. Troy always makes we have everything we need for a fabulous evening of dining. We have been dining here for years and will continue to do so. The food is amazing and always well prepared. From appetizers to main dishes, they know what they are doing in the kitchen, and they have a diverse selection so even the pickiest of eaters will find something to fall in love with.

First time guests and will definitely be returning. We had an awesome experience! My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner. Food and drink came a little slowly but otherwise we had a great time and our server was great. She was very sweet and personable and made us feel very welcomed. The food was fantastic. I finished my plate and that never happens for me! The drinks were also great. The value for your buck is definitely worth it.

Everything here is so delicious. My favorites are the salads, fried green tomatoes, mozzarella triangles, French onion soup, burgers, chicken tenders, ribs, tenderloin, and the fish and chips. Today we had the brunch for the first time and oh my!! The pancakes were amazing!! The cinnamon rolls were great as well!! Also, the breakfast bowl was so delicious!! Everything was so amazingly delicious!! So, now that I know their brunch is so good, I had to let everyone know!! The best people are employed at Grindstone Charlie’s! Everyone is so nice and down to earth!! This is one of my favorite restaurants to frequent!!
