   Came here with a party of 8 on Valentines Day, we were hoping it wouldn’t be too slammed but to our surprise the restaurant has plenty of open tables. Our server was kind and helped us to our table. We enjoyed the chips and salsa and some margaritas before our dinner, which got compliments from the whole table.

   We went there to eat dinner and watch the game in Super Bowl Sunday. The servers were very friendly and the food was great. I had the tacos and they were excellent.

   Every one of us six had something different and all food was bad. Lots of cheese all over everything. I had chile relleno. It was awful. Not going back again.

   This is not a restaurant that you want to go to. The dining room was dark (no lights on) and vacant. We believed it to be closed - the bar area was open. We left and went to another restaurant.

   The server was great, food was hot and delicious. It's unfortunately that the restaurant is underutilized.

   We showed up for our "reservation" and told it was open seating. So we sat outside. Nobody came to serve us or take our order or let alone ask us if we need anything. Kinda pathetic to let people reserve a table if you guys don't have employees seating customers.

   Myself and a friend arrived for our 7pm reservation the other week. The service was almost nonexistant as we had to go up to the front to request drinks after 20 minutes. We also ordered chips, which didn't come until just before 8. We asked to put in orders and were told that the kitchen closed at 8. It was frustrating to have to go somewhere else because of the lack of communication and service GRINGO provided. Will not be going back and would not recommend to a friend.

   The place was empty, and obvious why. The mixed drinks were terrible, and nachos and salsa flavorless. Between the service, drinks, and salsa, we paid and left for another restaraunt.

   Service was very slow with hardly anyone there. The beer was flat and the chips looked re-used. We decided to leave and eat somewhere else.

    We made reservations because there was a lot going on that weekend and we wanted to be assured a place to est. Imagine our surprise when we got there and the restaurant was closed! We had to scramble to find a place that could accommodate 6 of us on short notice. Not something any of us want to deal with. Very disappointed.
