We had a company dinner (for 6 people) here last night and everything about it was wonderful. Amazing service by the bartender for those who came early and waited there; also from our waitress at the table once we were seated. The food was absolutely delicious. There is a fun vibe and atmosphere here. We will be back!!Is this helpful?

I was looking for something cultural and delicious, and I’m always hesitant to choose a Mexican restaurant because nothing ever tastes authentic—but this place really hit the spot. It was amazing! The live music was the cherry on top. The food was incredible—the café de olla was perfect, the mole was outstanding, and the homemade tortillas made me feel like I had traveled to Mexico. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be that the champurrado tasted a bit watered down. But they did mention it was dairy-free, so I understand. I really hope they keep the live music because it made the ambience so much better. I totally recommend this place!Is this helpful?

Very nice restaurant the food was great the ambiance was awesome the workers did their jobs perfectly a great night for all eating and enjoying the entertainment that they provided for us definitely will go back there. A very old building where the restaurant is at.Is this helpful?

I’ve been wanting to go to this restaurant for a few years. I was in LA this week on business and decided to try it out with a couple of my colleagues. It was outstanding. Excellent food and very authentic. You cannot go wrong. It wasn’t an LA “scene.” Great service, valet parking, and incredible mole. Appetizers were also outstanding and there is something for everyone. I had the Coloradito mole enchiladas. Exceptional.Is this helpful?

Tepid and under seasoned food. Guacamole was mushy and liquified. Meats over cooked, dried out and not hot. Piece of plastic in my food. Server was lovely, but phone or tablet only menus for this type of restaurant is silly and annoying. Tacos de Barbacoa were very good, so was fundido.Is this helpful?

Shrinkflation has hit this restaurant hard. Rice and beans are now a la carte with a $20+ plate, plate sizes have definitely gotten smaller, and a lot more filler (onions/cucumbers) in dishes. Used to be a great spot at a reasonable price, but now overpriced for what you get.Is this helpful?
