   The food was fantastic! We came at the busiest time so the food was slow in arriving. That said, I will definitely go back for an early or late reservation.

   All of the good was scrumptious and the service was warm, friendly and timely. We most enjoyed the sliders and tostadas. The shrimp were very good as well. The inside space was a little bit noisy - but it did not detract from the delicious food and nice experience.

   Great server, best restaurant in town. Food both delicious and unique. Always a fine ding experience that includes what so many “fine dining” places neglect—a sense of fun.

   The food was fantastic and the people so nice. We shared two of the small plates and a salad and were happily sated. Can’t wait to return.

   This was our third visit, and we enjoyed our meal more than the one we had on our first visit. Love the fact that their menu has changed at each of our visits. Grandma's sauce is delicious!!! Staff is very personable and professional. We love supporting our local, smaller restaurateurs : ) Guiso's Latin Fusion makes it easy.

   Overall this was not good value for money. Had to wait nearly 30 minutes for our table to come free despite having a reservation, and we found some of the dishes to be really over-priced for what you get. We were seated near a very loud and very drunk table which made it hard to carry on any conversation. We left feeling a bit ripped off for what we paid. Half of the plates were really good, and half of them were so so, including our main "Plata" which was a carribean inspired paella. Would definitely NOT get that again. Probably won't return to this place given the overall disappointment.

   our second time eating here. The second was just as good as the first. The selections were different this time was made it even more fun. We opted to order several of the bites (including chocolate flan!!!). Greeted and seated immediately. Our reservation was at 6:15 so only a few tables had guests. When we left, the restaurant was full, but the service was still top notch. Congrats to Carlos and his TEAM!!! We'll be back.

   My husband and I were in Healdsburg wine tasting and Guiso was a suggested venue for dinner. Small and intimate, outstanding service from the time you enter the restaurant, greeted and shown to our table. Our server was outstanding in explaining the menu as it was our first time and throughout the evening. The chef prepares all the meals in a small kitchen that is spotless and his passion for his cuisine comes through from the plating to the incredible flavours that take you on a South American journey. We had the chicken tostada, octopus, paella and chocolate flan. An incredible evening. We will definitely revisit when in Healdsburg.

    So, we've been dedicated fans of Guiso since we moved up to the area in 2016. Our favorite moments have come when Carlos, the gifted and creative chef, rolls out something new. Last night was one of those moments. The Tinga Tostadas and the Chile Relleno were jaw dropping and paired perfectly with our 2019 Downstream Zin blend from Paso Robles. We are spoiled with all of our options in Healdsburg and nobody does it better than Guiso
