   Booked a table for Valentine’s Night requesting the bar area (booth if even possible). Got delayed at Calgary airport and knew it was unlikely we would make the 8.30pm booking so sent a message to say we would be late if they could please hold a table for us. Received confirmation that they would. Arrived at 9.00pm, two tables were available in the bar area but the lady looked around and said she could try the dining room for us - I said no - that’s for families and old people, sorry!! So I asked if we could sit at one of the available tables - felt like I was asking a favour! Definitely no table was saved. Sat at one of the tables but we did move to the bar itself as there was a party of 6 incredibly loud guys right next to us. The bar tender (ashamed to say I cannot remember his name) was absolutely wonderful. Service was impeccable, food was outstanding. We stay with Four Points or Hamptons several times a year when we travel. Exceptional restaurant - that was the first time booking a table, maybe that’s where that went wrong although as I say, we were late. Thank you to the bar tender - great job!

   Went here for valentine’s day as everywhere else was fully booked weeks before and was pleasantly surprised! The food was great (I had the heirloom salad with salmon and bf had bison burger). Was decorated nice for valentine’s day as well which was nice. Older crowd and we liked the way the tables were layer out as it allowed privacy while you ate side you weren’t directly facing another table. Service was good.

   Learning from past disappointment, we mentioned the Prime Rib Special when we booked. No disappointment this time! Excellent food, perfectly prepared and plated. Attentive service from Lauren. P.S.: save room for dessert and share a slice of carrot cake! It’s the best in town!

   Surprisingly tasty food. Caesar dressing was fairly sweet(not to my liking)but nice presentation. Spagettini and meatballs had pretty good sauce and meat balls were tasty . Blacken chicken was very tasty and well prepared. Wine list very limited but well priced. Overall, pretty darn good.

   Incredible service and food, no wonder reservations are recommended… the place was full !! Highly recommend the braised Moroccan lamb shank. It was truly melt on your mouth! Service was terrific too.

   We celebrated the 25th anniversary of our first date and wanted the Sunday Prime Rib. Unfortunately, they were already sold out. Our server handled the situation very professionally and saved our evening. We’ve always had excellent experiences at Gulfstream and despite the minor hiccup, tonight was no exception!

We do our best to ensure that we are prepared for our services, however, sometimes with daily features, like our Sunday Prime Rib, we can not anticipate the influx of guests that choose to order this meal.
