   Used to love this place but definitely gone downhill a bit. Entrees tasted great but portions are way smaller than in the past. Calamari app was terrible.

   In all fairness this was Valentines night and it was very busy. We arrived right on time but our table wasn't ready so we waited about 5 minutes. We were seated and asked if we wanted water, we said yes but it never came. We ordered drinks (and water) and the crab cakes app. The crab cakes are GF and very good. LOVED the jalapeno crème sauce. I ordered Caesar salad with steak tips and my wife got the GF Fish and chips. My salad was chopped up hearts of romaine with one anchovy and 5 or so very small steak tips. They were cooked medium, as ordered, but this was a very small portion and some of the lettuce looked sketchy. The fish and chips were very good and they make good use of rice flour for a GF option. I asked for some salt and pepper for my salad and got it on the third try. My water glass sat empty on the edge of the table (right next to the dirty plates from the appetizer) for nearly the entire meal. We've eaten here many times over the years and it's been hit or miss for the last few, unfortunately a miss on this one IMO.

   Outstanding customer service… The food wasn’t for me… I ordered the crab cakes that were bland and lacking flavor. My husband had their hamburger which he enjoyed. I ordered the pork tenderloin that was too undercooked for my personal taste & it was bland. Michelle was amazing, she was attentive & did everything she could to accommodate us. I was not charged for my meal and I thought that was very nice of them to do. I won’t visit the restaurant again but I was treated very well .. So five stars for customer service.. my meal one star.

   Sat at the coldest inside table ever in my life. Steak tips were overcooked. Chowder was plain. Swordfish skewer was good. Salmon was good but quite small. Haddock was good. Cocktails were ok. Crème brûlée was the worst I ever had.

   We had a party of seven, and all of us thought it was excellent. Our waitress Michelle was fantastic. We all enjoyed cocktails and had Brie en croute, calamari, and spring rolls for apps. All very good. Two of us had salmon and we both loved it. Short rib and baked haddock were also hits. At the end of the meal, the chef visited our table to ask us if we enjoyed. We will definitely be back soon.

   We had a great experience from drinks, to apps, to mains, and even ordered seconds on desserts! The pork tenderloin with blueberry sauce, Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes was fantastic! Even the mocktails were great! Check it out!

   I ordered a salad with steak tips. The server brought me a steak knife which unfortunately I did not need. Each piece of steak was less than one inch - smaller than bite size. Not sure how you can charge $15 for less than 3 oz of steak. I love Hagan's and hope the value improves.

    We’ve been to this restaurant multiple times for New Year’s Eve, and we’ve always had great experiences with the service and food. However, this time was a complete disappointment. We waited for 15 minutes before our table was ready, even though we had made a reservation. To make matters worse, our salad and calamari appetizer were lost in the shuffle. When the server finally noticed the mix-up, we were served a rushed and disappointing calamari. There was hardly any squid in the plate, and instead, we were served bits of crumbs with no flavor. The chicken Alfredo was also a letdown. It had too much garlic in it and tasted bland.
