She had the fish of the day Maui Maui and I had the Salmon pappardelle. Both were fabulous. Thomas provided top notch service.

                                                                                                                          My favorite restaurant in St Simons! Only had one night there and was without family, but still came to Halyards. I had grilled sea bass with blistered tomatoes and green beans. Absolutely wonderful. The wedge salad was a great starter, and highly recommend - not your typical wedge. Do yourself a favor and eat at Halyards - you can thank me later!!

                                                                                                                          Our food order included roasted oysters (awesome), Caeser salad (perfect), grilled lamb chops (delish) and tuna steak (also delish). Excellent Negronis, great wine selection. Our waiter, Thomas, was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The only "downside" was food delivered too fast. Overall, it is always a pleasurable dining experience at Halyards.
