Autum was the Hostess for the night, and it was great meeting her. I spoke to her a few times over the phone before we came to the Hard Rock, she answered all my questions and just a great experience with her. One thing she didn't mention was the bar was fist come first serve, not a big deal, we like sitting at the bar and our waiter James Brown already came over and well the rest is history glad we did!!!! James was very personable and answered all out questions and was on top of everything, he was getting busy and still was able to take care of us. Actually, the entire staff was very nice to us. We appreciate everything and looking forward to retuning.

We had an awesome experience in dining at Hard Rock! Our server was pleasant and didn’t have to ask for anything. Food was delicious, especially the ff. Great place great service!

The fried chicken sliders were ordered by 2 in our party. Unfortunately the menu did not state that they were dark meat/thigh meat and not chicken breast meat. They were tough and grizzly. Neither person eats dark chicken meat and would not have ordered them if they knew. Our waitress was fantastic She was very friendly and was on top of everything. She made sure we were taken care of in time and get to the show.

I eat at the Hard Rock Cafe often. I never tried the brunch. The brunch was fresh, and mouth watering. Myself and my guests enjoyed the food. The home fries and omelettes were flavorful. Overall, I have another brunch option.

When i made reservations I specifically did so with a celebrate a birthday as part of that. There was supposed to be a dessert given and birthday mentioned as part of that. NO one did anything relative to my granddaughters birthday. Nothing happened for that. In addition my wife found a long hair in her Burger which is disgusting.
