Located on the first block of the world famous Bourbon Street, Hard Rock Cafe New Orleans offers an exceptional private event experience for visitors and locals alike! With three space options to choose from the cafe can accommodate groups ranging from 30 – 450 for private events. A full cafe buyout for up to 450 guests, the main dining room for 100-250 guests, the semi-private stage in the main dining room for up to 35 guests and the most versatile space available, the VIP Voodoo Room, which can be used for 35 to 120 guests.

Great food, great service. Pattie (our server) was very nice, polite and friendly. Sean and David (managers) were more than helpful, and hospitable. Very friendly, very accommodating. Recommend a visit if you are in the area.

This was one of the most disappointing HRC I have ever visited. Clearly understaffed, food took ages (I ordered a salad) and it was average quality. Bathroom simply disgusting.

It was Valentine’s Day so I’m not hating on them…however we were sat in a corner and left after 15 min of no water, attention or anything. Took an Uber to Alma Cafe in the Bywater and it was absolutely amazing! James Beard contender and it didn’t disappoint! Wife and I made a pact to avoid any chain restaurants except In&Out moving forward.

Food quality isn't what it once was. We haven't been to a hard rock for a few years, it was very disappointing

We had the worst server who constantly rolled her eyes at us and treated us with disdain. She complained about serving us to our faces because there were 7 of us (including two children). It was like we were an inconvenience for ordering our food and drinks. Never will we visit this place again.

Kaitlyn was amazing.. . The manager said they weren't that busy so we could be sat 1 hr 15mins early of our reservation... we had 2 people on mobility scooters and they were very easy for us to get around and helped us with seating was absolutely perfect...

My burger was on point, my son’s buffalo chicken sandwich was consumed voraciously, but my wife’s steak salad was served cold. She just couldn’t eat it. A steak salad should be served warm!!!

During my travels, I try to visit a Hard Rock Cafe. I was looking forward to the Hard Rock Cafe since New Orleans is a music town. Sadly this Hard Rock Cafe had limited memorabilia and the setting felt like it was a mall type of restaurant. They had sports on at the bar rather than music videos, and there wasn't the typical music you hear at a Hard Rock Cafe. They could do so much more with this place. Because the atmosphere was a bit flat we only had the signature hamburger and fries which were good but needed to be a bit hotter and the milk shakes were okay. I would skip it.
