Decided to go for their Thanksgiving meal. After 40 minutes, our meal was served and it was cold. They offered a full refund and another meal. Brought hot meals (no refund) but served the vegetables after we already finished the rest of the meal. Ordered the $9.99 slice of pumpkin pie to go (x 3). Got home and sat down to eat a maybe 2inch slice of pie. Definitely not worth the price. Thankfully they “comped” us the pie due to the bad experience. Do not recommend for a holiday dinner special. Everyone around us who ordered from the regular menu seemed to be enjoying their food.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a salad never got dressing. The chicken sandwich was under cooked. Worst experience of my life. Will never be back!

Disappointed by my visit to the Hard Rock Cafe. The food, while OK, was very overpriced. When a chicken Caesar salad salad is $25, you know you’re paying too much-most every item on the menu is $20-$25 and up-and from what you get, it’s really not worth it.

Good food with fast service.. Food wasn’t piping hot which is unacceptable.. But it was good.. Drinks were delicious.. No silverware at table.. Minor things but overall good experience..
