   Incredible food and service. Excellent all the way around! Don’t forget to order the Shrimp Cocktail. And if for any reason your eyes tear up just tell the people around you, “I just miss him man!”

   We came for dinner prior to the Yuletide show. Our appetizers were wonderful. But our dinner was served luke warm as well as the sides. Our server didn’t return so we were unable to tell her this. We had to eat and leave for the show. One of the meals was served much later than the rest of the tables. Hate to write a bad review but for the amount we paid, this just wasn’t worth it.

   We’ve been to this restaurant several times but today was not a pleasant visit. Food was great as always but service was horrible. One more visit like this and we won’t be back. Waitress was completely uninterested in us until it came time for the tip.

   The hostesses were very sweet, but had to wait 15 minutes past our reservation time for our table. Our server had a helper, but they still managed to not be able to keep up with their tables. The food was good, but underwhelming, especially the French onion soup. Lost opportunity to sell dessert- a few of us wanted to order the bread pudding but apparently it takes 25 minutes to make. We would’ve been okay with that if we hadn’t sat with empty plates and drinks for 20 minutes waiting for a server to come back.

   Jack is an excellent server and took wonderful care of our party of 5, mostly hungry men. The Izzy Style steak is delicious as are the mashed potatoes. The shrimp cocktail is fantastic, but not for the faint of heart. There is a solid wine list. The seating extends up into several smaller rooms from the main bar area as overlooks.
