    The location, , near the Burnaby Village Museum, with lots of parking is excellent. The decor and ambiance in the wonderful old mansion is of quiet, cozy elegance. The staff are warm and welcoming and the service is superb. The cocktail and wine lists are lengthy and very intriguing. The reason that I have not given it 5 stars is that the food is mediocre. It's a bit of letdown that the food is not as amazing as everything else about the Hart House. My daughters and I frequently dine there and will continue to do so, but it is not the food that is drawing us there; it is the other first class amenities.

    It was a great experience. We had a very attentive server, the food was very good. I love that the eating areas are divided up so although there was a couple large Christmas parties we didn’t hear them. We had a wonderful table overlooking the lake.

    Brought relatives from Europe to Hart House and they were also very very impressed with the quality of the food, ambiance, service and politeness of staff. Chef Soo Yoo’s creations are fabulous.

    We had a wonderful evening with our friends tonight. Our food was delicious but the Wild mushroom arancini as well as the Ricotta gnocchi were outstanding. We had a relaxed evening with our friends and didn’t feel rushed. We hope to return in the new year.

    I'm giving 4 stars overall for now as it was my first time dining here. Food options and taste are very good, I might need to try and explore more on the menu, but the pasta I got taste very good. Parking is quite of challenging especially lunch/dinner time.
