              This was my second visit and while very good, not quite as enjoyable as my first visit which was in the early summer. I will definitely be back, but may take a while longer. I deeply appreciate the experience and what they are trying to do to elevate vegan cuisine. Sadly, this visit was a bit underwhelming. A couple of the dishes were a swing and a miss, in my opinion, in terms of both flavor and preparation. Just kind of basic, boring, or in one case, rather poorly prepared. The wine pairings were very good, however. Service was a little off this evening too. One issue in particular: My partner REALLY did not like the main course. After they placed it, it was obvious she was no enjoying it, but no one visited to inquire (at this price point, for a single-seating event where everyone is getting the same dish served at the same time, this is not really acceptable). When we later mentioned this, instead of offering to make amends (they had earlier served a soup that required no real prep which she loved, which they could have served her), we were told "Oh next time you can tell us things you don't like and we'll make sure to make something else for you". Nice offer, but they don't publish their menu, so there is no way to really know. Tasting menus can be tricky this way, and we have done MANY, but my main gripe was that they didn't make any attempt, nor make monetary compensation. "Too bad". Kind of made the experience far less "magical".

              Restaurant was very Cozy and a nice vibe. Food was good and very fresh but not the best in taste. It was still pretty good. Service was a little slow, imo. Full dinner took 2.30hr. Which is a lot in general but good for a date night.

              What an incredible experience this team puts on. Whether vegan or not, you owe yourself the opportunity to eat here and experience the food and supper club style serving. If we lived in this city, Harvest Beat would be our go-to special occasion restaurant.

              Lovely meal with exquisite tastes! The candlelight and pleasant atmosphere were delightful. Harvest Beat is a wonderful option for special occasions!

              I have been to Harvest Beat several times and food and service is dependably exceptional. They celebrate local farms and produce while making delicious vegan food. The experience of a “dinner party” and sitting down with guests all receiving the same courses is fun and unique. I love coming back and seeing how the menu changes with the seasons. Could not recommend more highly!

              Absolutely fantastic in every way. Beautiful ambiance and the food was outstanding. Loved the NA elixirs that came with each of the 5 courses, especially since I’m pregnant and not drinking.

              The food was incredibly tasty and the staff was friendly and efficient. If anything, I wish the plates were a little bit larger, since the food was so good.

              This dining experience was superior to many I have had over the 35 + years that I have been vegetarian. The open style kitchen allows for activity to be seen while dining. The atmosphere for the restaurant was warm and friendly and the service was OUTSTANDING. My guest and I did not have to ask for one thing while dining. The way the chef came out int he beginning to explain each of the dishes was so awesome. Everything was timed beautifully, and I felt really connected to the food I was eating. The FOOD! Holy smokes---it was all so very delicious, each dish prepared with care and detail. I left on a food love buzz. THANK YOU HARVEST BEAT STAFF for such a wonderful corner of the world and great experience.
