Our focus is simply that. We are a full service restaurant with a full bar, and amazing everyday brunch, lunch and dinner. Located right in the Italian Market area of South Philadelphia gives us access to a variety of different ingredients allowing us to make anything our hearts desire. We make everything here from our chips to our oven roasted meats and do not limit ourselves to one cuisine. A true scratch kitchen!

My husband and I have come here for so long, and wanted to have one last brunch here before they shut their doors. We have to say the staff, between front and back, are just rockstars at what they do and provide. The food is always top notch, the cocktails perfect, and the service warm and welcoming. Truly a delight any time we can spend some time with our 2 dachshunds and enjoy the outside space here. We hope you and team have much successes going forward and we hope for the next iteration will be here soon. Happy New Year Hawthorne's!

Our table was ready for us at the reserved time. Excellent service, all of the food brought to our table was appealing in presentation, at the right temperature, and very tasty. The manager (owner?) was very interested in our satisfaction with our experience. This was my first visit, and I will definitely be back.

We love to frequent this friendly and cozy, neighborhood establishment, whether it be just for a couple of well-crafted drinks OR an always incredible meal. We have always had wonderful service with a smile.

We enjoyed our second visit to Hawthornes for brunch. I had a delicious matcha latte with lavender syrup that was well made and very tasty. For our meal we shared the Crabby Dick and Chicken and Waffles. Both were delicious! The crab cake was very good and their potatoes are amazing! The service is also charming - all the staff had party hats to celebrate our waitress's birthday.

My son asks to go to Hawthorne’s every time he comes into town and they never disappoint. He loves the tostado bowl. I love their all day break lie options and the smash burger is great!

Our food was tasty, but a little too salty. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back.
