   Great service, food. Got there about an hour early for reservations and actually got our table about 40 minutes early from reservation time

   We got this reservation on a whim and it truly was perfect! A great simple date night, amazing fun, and fantastic service -thank you Ben! Parking was a trouble this time around on the block, but the valet solved that easily and brought the car around so quickly. Can’t wait to be back for another meal.

   House of prime rib is an amazing place. The servers are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is always outstanding. Everything about the experience is wonderful

   Normally the service is amazing at HOPR. However today was an off night and we got a server who messed up on a lot of minor stuff throughout the night. Which we ultimately didn’t mind until he messed up our bill and charged us another table’s more expensive bill by accident. That was the straw that broke the camels back and made us feel that the overall service was terrible that night.

   Alvin was a great server and was very amiable. Valet parking attendants were absolutely marvelous in keeping our cars safe and very friendly as well! Chef that cut our food was pretty funny. Restrooms were pleasant. And manager also visited our table. It was our birthday and we got a picture as well as a candle on our tiramisu! I would come back with another big appetite since I ate the king Henry. Maybe try the city cut next.

   Food is good but service is lacking. It was tough to track down our server to ask for drink refills and then another 20 mins to get the refill. We were celebrating a birthday and it was frustrating but we tried to move past it.

   Amazing experience! Love coming here every time and am treated so well to such delicious food and amazing service! The front desk concierge to the waiter are all the best!

   Everything was wonderful (as usual) except our server. He wasn't pleasant or friendly. Previous servers knew we were there for our anniversary, said Congratulations, asked how long we've been together, took a picture of us etc. He had no interest in anything except getting our drink and entree order. Not a nice fellow or interested in making us feel welcome. Example; there was no napkin at my place setting and I politely asked for one. He walked by, put one on the table and said "here ya go" and kept moving. I said "thank you" but all I saw was the back of his head moving away. A good server would have offered an apology for the oversight, immediately corrected the mistake and said to the customer thanks for your patience and understanding (or something to that effect). He made me feel like I was bothering him. Contrary to our disengaged waiter there was a busser guy who was awesome! He was open and friendly, joyful, and accommodating. He liked his job and wanted to be helpful. Our actual server, not so much. My wife and I openly wished the busser was our server. If I knew the busser's name, I'd say promote him. The only time our waiter was even remotely kind was when he put the bill on the table. So, when it's time for the tip, guess what? He was very nice! Wow, imagine that...
