    We’ve been going to Hugo’s on and off for decades. Some things have changed like everything else in the world. Prices went up and portions got slightly lowered to keep competitive. That said, the experience is excellent. Very attentive staff. Timely delivery of items, constant checking on drinks, and an overall nice flow of service and drinks👍 The food was tasty, drinks were very good, filet & Australian lobster tail, filet & shrimp. Desserts were real nice and presentations were very good. Nice to know they still offer all the little extras that makes this place desirable. A rose for the ladies, a classy Maitre D a Sommelier, and waiter or waitress, and their assistant. Dinners include assorted lavosh, bread, and two different butters, very nice table side custom salad for each person made by a waiter, a pre entree palate sorbet, and a post dinner chocolate dipped strawberries, apricot, and figs. Considering all the extras, it makes the whole experience great! We will go again ❤️

    The food in the service is outstanding. We know it’s pricey, but we go anyway. Would be incredible at a better price atmosphere is all about the history, but the current atmosphere is nice.

    From the moment we walked in the service was amazing. Food was fresh and delicious and the service was top notch. Highly recommend.

    We really enjoyed our supper. We had waited quite a while to try Hugo's and we were not disappointed. The food was absolutely excellent. Our waiter, Carlos, was very entertaining and very nice. The overall experience with the restaurant was very good with one glaring exception. It was loud in there – at least louder than I thought it would be but I guess that is because it's a pretty confined space. Also, we're there for Christmas night supper and of course dressed up like they indicate is required. But across from us is a table of rednecks in T-shirts and football jerseys all talking so loud like they were sitting at a bar table at PT's.. I was somewhat disappointed because I thought that it was supposed to be "business attire" and upscale. I know the couple at the table beside us felt the same way. You get all dressed to go to a "fancy restaurant" and you're seated next to drunk loudmouths who are dressed like they are at the "Vegas vacation $2.99 buffet". One of the pumpkins thought he was at a "all you can eat complementary bread eating contest". So I think they need to start enforcing the dress code if they're going to have one and then maybe go over to a tables and ask if they could keep the volume down because there's other people trying to enjoy a romantic or special dinner at a very expensive restaurant.  I am all four people having fun but this wasn't a Chuck E. Cheese

    Definitely a great steak house. The very best filet I have enjoyed in quite a while. Salad prepared table side was perfect. For a great meal it’s a must. Thanks, Mark D

    Everything was excellent! The service was impeccable and the food was great! A great family Christmas dinner for sure!

    Disappointed is the only word that comes to mind. We felt like a forgotten table amongst the other guests. Bread and salad service were as expected however no sorbet or follow-up after that…my wife’s prime rib was wrong 2 times and when they brought it back out for the third time it was still not good. If you screw up I get it, but the fact they didn’t ask the 3rd time tells me they don’t care. First time guest and last time guest at the same time. Restaurant did comp wife’s dinner and drinks, but too many other good options in town with much better service.
