Hugo's Cellar is a romantic setting for gourmet dining, perfect for all occasions. Ladies are greeted with a long-stemmed rose and welcomed to a warm and gracious atmosphere by our attentive staff. The classic old-style Vegas menu features a table side salad included with all entrees, featuring black Angus beef, veal, duck chicken, flown-in-fresh seafood and numerous classics, all served with seasonal vegetables. Finish your meal with our table-side flambeed desserts and our crowning delights of white and dark chocolate dipped strawberries, apricot and figs. Voted best gourmet room by The Best of Las Vegas Review Journal 2013.

    Beautiful restaurant with great service. But food was disappointing. Sea bass was badly over grilled and lamb chops were medium well instead of medium rare. Bread was a bit stale and potatoes soggy. Salad ok but some ingredients omitted. Wine service wonderful. Veggies cold. For these prices food should be perfect.

    Hugo’s was very beautiful and delicious. The service was outstanding from beginning to end. No complaints about anything. This was our first time they’re celebrating two special occasions and they acknowledged each one. Everyone was so nice, considerate and accommodating. This is a MUST GO in Las Vegas!

    Old time Vegas at its’ finest. Food is amazing, service exceptional. Cocktails are well done and generous servings. Definitely worth a splurge. We loved it and plan on returning again.

    Hugo’s Cellar has the best reception, and servers are amazing. Their attention to every detail in impeccable. You really have a wonderful dining experience every time! This is my all time favorite restaurant to visit!

    I have been dining here for over thirty years. I have never eaten dessert because there is so much food I’m stuffed. And it’s excellent. The table service is always top. And the best Somolier in Las Vegas is John. I recommend Hugo’s to everyone who is coming to Las Vegas.

    Classic steak cellar with handsomely dressed waiters and a sommelier. They make the salads table side. The entrees are a deal because it comes with bread, mini sorbet and chocolate covered dessert with dried fruits. Table side cherry jubilee and banana Foster is a visual treat.

    Went about a year ago and wasn’t impressed, wasn’t checked on, food was delayed and cold but the taste was there and having tickets to a show that was to follow dinner we just paid and left. Knowing the reputation of this place we wanted to try again this time having no plans after and they didn’t disappoint. Ahmad and David were always floating around ready for a refill or removal of plates. Also let us know dinner was quite ready or the bar tender stepped away so there is a minor delay, perfect! Thanks for letting us know, it is reassuring for us that you or the back staff didn’t lose or overlook our order. I really appreciated that. I’m so glad I gave this place a second chance. Was worth it
