Hugo's Cellar is a romantic setting for gourmet dining, perfect for all occasions. Ladies are greeted with a long-stemmed rose and welcomed to a warm and gracious atmosphere by our attentive staff. The classic old-style Vegas menu features a table side salad included with all entrees, featuring black Angus beef, veal, duck chicken, flown-in-fresh seafood and numerous classics, all served with seasonal vegetables. Finish your meal with our table-side flambeed desserts and our crowning delights of white and dark chocolate dipped strawberries, apricot and figs. Voted best gourmet room by The Best of Las Vegas Review Journal 2013.

    Scott, Gene and Carolina took such good care of us with prompt attention and good wit(Scott)! Exceptional meal Low noise allowed us to speak in low conversational tones… especially enjoyed dining with locals who appeared to be coming here for years…and with good reason A great place to enjoy good company

    Our Dinner experience was great. 3 people served us for 2 hours. Delicious shrimp cocktail appetizer and a Raspberry Lemon Drop Martini to begin with, followed by a salad made table side. That was fun! Time for the palate cleanser sorbet. We enjoyed the prime rib entree with sides that came with the meal. Finally chocolate covered strawberries, dates and apricots served with whipped cream. I received a beautiful long stem red rose too. This was one of my all time favorite meals out.

    Hugo's Cellar was a delight. I've lived in Las Vegas 40+ years and this is my first experience there. Definitely won't be my last.

    It is my wife's favorite restaurant for dates and special occasions. We had eaten here before but not in the last few years. (it has been here for decades) This restaurant is a hidden gem and popular with the locals. During early January it gets quite busy because the CES convention attendees find it by word of mouth. I suggest reservations no matter what time of year and come in hungry, you get a lot of food. The salad is made tableside and is included with all entrees. There is a palette cleanser sorbet between salad and the main course and the meal ends with dried fruits dipped in chocolate and served with a dipping cream. It is a bargain considering all you get. I usually take a doggie bag as it is too much to eat in one sitting.
