Went for a quiet date night with my wife. Service, drinks, food were all amazing as usual.

Have eaten here many times the last 7 years and it was always good. However, this time was disappointing which I attribute to an off night for now and hopefully not a change in the head chef. The brussel sprouts appetizer recipe was changed and not for the better, advertised as fried but they came charred and somewhat bitter, Although the quantity was huge for our party of 2 with 2/3 left we did not ask for a box to take home which should have been telling. The duck breast and veggies were OK but certainly not the best I have had there, the quantity was quite small as well. The rolls were as good as always and the desserts also. The service was good except very slow especially waiting for the check. Close to half the items on the menu were MP including understandably seafood but beef also and a bit pricy considering what we got.

Great service and food. It was a little noisy in the dining area as it filled up but overall good experience. Our table had three different dinners of branzino, scallops and blackened snapper and all were delicious. We will be back.

Crab soup was great, the meal waa served cold with no offer to make it right.

I live on the west coast and travel to Easton a couple times a year. Always a stop for me. Great food and people

We’ve been going to Hunter’s Tavern for years. The service last night was horrible in the bar. The bartender and the server ignored our table the whole evening. We had to ask for service, after receiving our food the server never came back until she brought the check. After waiting 15 minutes for her to come back for the check we finally left cash and walked out. Food was good but it was outweighed by the service.

We stayed at the Tidewater Inn in Easton, and had dinner at the in-house restaurant Hunters Tavern. The food and service were very good. It was very nice having a good restaurant in the hotel. We enjoyed it.
