    We have been to ll buco a few times. Nothing but good food and service always. We went last night for New Year's Eve, our waitress was lovely, very attentive to anything we needed, always came around to check in on us. The food was great as always. We were slightly disappointed on the shrimp and calamari appetizer as it was smaller than we thought to share for 5 people. 2 out the 5 guests had their evening special. 10/10 amazing !! Overall, thank you for a lovely evening and being so welcoming and kind to not only us but our daughter as well.

    Nice ambiance, great food and Russell is a very nice and amicable waiter. Enjoyed the manicotti, crème brûlée and garlic shrimp, nothing disappointed, it was all great food… I was in flavour town 😉👍😃

    Our absolute go to for authentic Italian cuisine., favourite place for date night ! We feel comfortable and known by the wonderful staff. Restaurant makes every effort to make a yummy vegetarian meal for me off the menu/specials . I will say it again Sue I would love to see an eggplant Parmesan on the menu or as a special :)

    A couple girlfriends and I got out for some much needed time together. Everything was fantastic! The food was SO delicious (Il Buco was able to manage our many allergies and dietary restrictions at the table), the service was awesome (friendly and just the right speed with a little sprinkle of humour) and the atmosphere was lovely. Thank you for a great evening out. We will absolutely be back!

    It is one of our favorite restaurants in Barrie. It’s always great everytime we eat there. Russ - great service, accommodating and went over and above to make sure we had the best service. Of course we will be back to enjoy another great dinner.

    Came by for an anniversary dinner and had an amazing time. Staff was super nice, very punctual and the food was so good. The starter bread was amazing, we had like 4 orders of it! Will be going back!!!
