Benvenuto! Depuis plus de 28 ans, Il Cielo Gardens Restaurant & Bar a apporté « le ciel » à Beverly Hills. Souvent appelé « le restaurant le plus romantique de Los Angeles », cet établissement est bien plus qu'un simple restaurant italien. C'est un monument. Food was great however for the amount paid for the valentines night for two I expected more. To start off our reservation was at 9:30 and we weren’t sat until nearing 11. The environment to match the description, we were sat in the corner in a spot that seemed more like a living room than what they advertised for this event. Food took forever to come out. Food was good but for the wait time it was not worth it. Not coming back

We arrived on time for our reservation at 8:45 p.m., only to find a line of 25 people at the door. They informed us that this was the line for people with reservations. After waiting for about 20 minutes, we were finally checked in at 9:05 p.m. and directed to the bar next door. We waited for an extended period, watching as others were called ahead of us. At 9:50 p.m., just as my fiancé and I were about to leave, the young receptionist lady asked for my name and quickly ushered us back to her side. We were given a table without silverware and a burnt-out candle with stains on the tablecloth. I understand that Valentine’s Day can be a challenging time for restaurants, but this experience was unacceptable, especially considering the $500 upfront charge for the package. I felt disappointed and taken advantage of, especially since we had paid in advance. The only reason we stayed was because we had paid in advance, which now makes sense and feels like a scam. I will never return to this restaurant and have learned my lesson. What a poorly managed and wasteful experience. Oh, and by the way, we didn’t receive our food until 11:15 p.m. We finally left at almost midnight. This was a complete letdown and a waste of 3.5 hours.

Stake was cold and I got wrong stake I ask my stake cook medium. He brought well-done stake, He took it back and brought medium and it was cold again. Very disappointed this was NOT my first time dinning Il Cielo.

Everything, as usual was great, except my steak. I requested medium rare and it ended up being medium.

Such beautiful atmosphere! I went for my 5 year anniversary and I absolutely loooved it. Delicious food and great service - made for a memorable night out!
