This was a Monday night so the restaurant was slow. The food was excellent, and the Waiter provided excellent service which made for a very good experience.

A terrible experience. Despite a nearly vacant Friday night … and despite us having made a reservation … we were thoroughly disappointed. Service couldn’t get anything right. Despite asking twice for a glass of wine, I needed to hunt down the service staff (who were lounging in the back) to get served. Our appetizer took 50 minutes to be served! The dishes were reasonable … once they were finally served. It was over one hour between placing our order and being served. Again, this despite us being one of only three tables occupied! We had the Lamb Saag, Chicken Tikka, and Lamb Rogan Josh, along with Dal Makhani. Nothing remarkable, but not bad. Upon departure, there were more tables filled. Getting the check was difficult. We used the “pay online” feature and departed … only to be run down in the parking lot by the staff asking why we had not paid. I showed the e-receipt on my cellphone to prove that we have indeed paid. Nothing good about this experience. I hope the management reads this and understands the depth of their issues.

India Palace is our favorite go-to for Indian food. The food is always delicious and the staff are friendly and good-humored. We regularly bring out-of-town guests and they always love it too. There could be some improvement in the wine list, but the food is so good that I can stand a mediocre glass of wine with it.

We really enjoyed the food. Garlic naan is amazing!!! Bar is the weak point but they do still have a decent selection.

Lovely service and a nicely done luncheon buffet make this a great choice. There is also a regular menu available with a wide range of traditional options. While there are alcoholic options, the bar service isn't their strong point.
