Iozzo's is one of those reasons to get slightly out of the "walkable downtown" and find some of the best Italian food in the city. Priced fairly, made authentically, and just a solid night out that's not just another steakhouse. I had three colleagues in from out of town for the Combine and if you're not Jerry Jones, skip the touristy places and try something a bit different. You'll be rewarded at a place like Iozzo's (or several other local places!)

Excellent food and service with a good wine list and cozy surroundings. They have a great garden patio during warmer weather.

My husband and I are in town for the WWETT show and decided to try it out and omg..AMAZING food!! Some of the best Italian food we have ever had. Everything we had from the bread to the dessert was excellent. The short rib ragu and rigatoni vodka were chefs kiss!!! The homemade pasta is freakin delicious!! We also had the calamari, market green salad with the delicious lemon vinaigrette and the soup of the day which were all fantastic. The service was also amazing. Our waitress Kendra was super friendly and made great recommendations. The atmosphere is very relaxing as well. We loved it so much, we made reservations for another dinner before we leave town. Highly recommend!! You won’t want to miss!!

Our experience was just about perfect in every way except I didn’t like my entree. I ordered the Seafood Lasagna and it had a lot of cheese and a creamy sauce only a few pieces of sea food in it. I was also disappointed with my dessert it was chocolate dipped strawberries and the berries were small and didn’t have much chocolate on them. My wife loved her entree she got the chicken Marsala. Our server was amazing he took good care of us. We think the Expresso martinis we had may be the best we have ever had. We love Iozzo’s and we will back it is one of our favorite restaurants in Indianapolis.

We have wanted to try this restaurant for several months but have never planned ahead enough to be able to make reservations. We reserved a table for four for Valentine's Day, and the visit did not disappoint. The service was impeccable, and the food was even better. I got the beef short rib gnocchi which was phenomenal. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the pasta was so fresh. The server informed us that all the pasta was homemade, which you could definitely tell. The restaurant is very small and intimate. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is the best Italian in Indy!
