   We love ITA101! However last evening was a little disappointing. My cauliflower appetizer came out cold and was sent back. Once it re arrived it was delicious and my entree of cavatelli bolognese was delicious. We all enjoyed our food. The issue was service. Our server told us about a special after we asked if there were any then wasnt sure they even had it, left the appetizer to get cold and charged us for tap water which at that point we ignored and just paid. Certainly not the quality that ITA101 regularly provides. Also the rest room was dirty, no paper towels and smelled horrible. The chef and cooking staff are outstanding but someone isn’t supporting that on the service and cleaning end. Hopefully this little gem can resolve these outside issues. The food is always delicious !

   Food was ok. I had the short rib and loved it but my husband had the gnocchi and pears and didn’t like it. Would try again but when there is a different menu.

   The menu was put together so well. There were so many things I wanted to try , so I will definitely have to go back very soon

   Magnificent!!! Every time me and my fiancé come here we are so excited to try something new and we are never disappointed!! The service is spectacular and the chef is world class!! Can’t wait to come back soon!!

   We were excited to get a Friday night reservation. The food never disappoints. The ribbolita was incredibly delicious and perfect for a chilly evening. ITA is always a good idea

   The duck breast special shown their website was no longer available, so my husband was very disappointed. They substituted a duck leg, but charged the same price. That said, the duck was very good. The cacio e pepe is always a favorite, but wasn't hot when served. I ordered the chicken liver app special (yummy) and the roasted cauliflower (very good as usual) assuming they would be served one after the other. Instead the server who took our order placed the cauliflower in front of my husband and the chicken liver dish in front of me, so I ended up eating both at the same time. Our entres took over an hour before to get to us, but we're hot and delicious. We've been to ITA many times for the delicious food, but the service is uneven at best. In last night's case it was mediocre.

   This was my first time here. The food was outstanding! I had the seared duck and it was cooked to perfection. The service could have been better, but I can overlook that due to the quality of the meal. Due to the dining area being narrow and small, you can expect things to be noisy. I highly recommend.
