   The service was incredible. The ambience was perfect. The food was so delicious. It was relaxed and inviting and Aiverson our waiter was patient helpful and did a fantastic job making my wife feel special on her birthday.

   Sometimes a dining experience goes beyond good food or a nice server. Last night was one of those times. We were treated with genuine kindness and hospitality from every single member of your team. We were seated outside and it was physically comfortable and very welcoming. Several people apologized for the slow pace but it was not remotely problematic for us. It was perfect. Of course the food was absolutely delicious as well. A night to remember for us both. Thank you.

   We went to Izanami when recommended by a friend. It was wonderful. Both of us chose the four course dinner option. Every course was delicious we were attentively served by Omar an Alex.

   Not only was every dish in the prix-fix menu totally delicious, but the portions were extremely generous... a welcome change from the past! What a lovely dinner! And the extra Yuzu Creamsicle that was served to the birthday girl was an amazing confectionary revelation!

   Outstanding dinner! Drinks were saki and Japanese whisky. Both are excellent. For dinner, we had two rolls and the beef cooked on hot black stone. Service was fantastic. Thanks for a great dining experience!

   We reserved a table outside yet when we arrived we were told that due to staffing issues the outside tables were not available. Had we known, we would not have come.

    This is a lovely restaurant & the food is excellent. The staff could use some training. They were pleasant, but we had to ask to get more water, one person’s plate was cleared while the other was still eating, the bills showed up before one of us was finished eating (!), we were never asked whether we wanted separate checks, but we were chastised when we did ask for them (yes, we asked late, but since we were still eating, we thought we still had time before the check was printed), etc. The staff didn’t ruin the experience, but they made it certain that we won’t be back.
